Hi, lost access to my e-mail and therefore, to my main GoG account, I opened a ticket somedays ago and now reading the forums it seems that it taking months!? Is that correct?

I play Gwent on a daily basis, wait that much time to get access agains is very bad.

It shouldn't be that bad anymore. It took less than a week to get an initial response to my last two tickets.

1. If you haven't already done so, add evidence of account ownership to your support ticket. Things like order receipts printed as PDF, order confirmation e-mails, and so on. I believe the last 4 digits (and nothing else) of the last credit or debit card used to make a purchase could also be useful.
2. Change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone.
3. Send a polite message with your support ticket number to a staff member like ponczo_.
