Cyraxpt: Captain obvious here, Grim Fandango is getting a remastered version, System Shock isn't (at least it wasn't announced), that's why it's getting a gog released and not because the gog wishlist votes.

igrok: Who needs a remastered version of a DOS game?
That's not the point, if you prefer, the game isn't going to be re-released (at least it wasn't announced) and that's why it isn't going to be released here so soon, the wishlist thing is kind of pointless.
All we can do is wait and hope

zaine-h: I'd love to see it here. Until then, System Shock Portable is a good way to run it. It's pretty GOG-like (if that's a thing) in terms of running out of the box.
It makes GOG putting up the original SS1 redundant, so I don't quite understand why SS1 is on top of the wish list.
I played both the orignal SS1 and SSP, but I used twice as much time in completing SSP. Must be old age...

Trying the demo now.
Does this mean System Shock 2 will be remade?
