Hopefully this isn't in the wrong place. I always get confused by GOGs forum system. I'm sorry if so.
I was just curious if anyone else is having problems paying for a game right now. I was trying to pre-order the Day Of The Tentacle Remaster and it keeps saying something went wrong with the payment.
I then checked and I was able to pay for something on Steam so my card is fine, I know I have money because I just finished my account balancing, and I then also called my bank to double check they aren't maybe blocking the transaction if it's going overseas or something (that's something they used to do with this site, but that was years ago).
Anyway, I was just curious if anyone else is having problems. It may be an issue with the site and I was just wondering if that is the case. It's not a big deal. The game isn't out for another couple of weeks. I just wanted to get purchasing it out of the way because I already know I want to get it.
So I was curious: is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

try using alternative payment.

Might be just temporary. Give it a few hours, then a day or two, then contact support. It will probably go away on it's own, whatever the issue.

I had this issue yesterday, on the third attempt the purchase went through though.
