Been looking around different sites for this, but I'm probably not using the correct keywords.

I'm trying to stream sound from my desktop Win 10 to my Surface tablet. I have them paired and connected through Bluetooth, but I have no options to send the sound from one to the other.

Is it even possible without third party apps?

Just curious... why not Wifi? (or Desktop ethernet < router > wifi tablet)

Oh, I assumed bluetooth was the way to go. I didn't know that was an option.

Yeah, just share your music folder on your network...
another idea: set up Emby as a music server, it's pretty easy.

I just have to make devices discoverable, right?

Not necessary, you could just make a shortcut to the location. e.g.: \\Dude-desktop\Music\
Thanks! :D
