Let´s make an experiment for comparison: Go to the Steam forum and post "Hey, I found this site, that has all the Steam games for free! Is it legal?"
Then wait for a reaction :)

MeowCanuck: I'd suggest seeing more of the world, especially third world countries. In general, it's not hard to get legal stuff provided you have the funds. Simultaneously, it's cheaper and easier to get a good enough version from some merchant's bootleg media stall in an open street market with very little law enforcement. Actually, this type of market is part of the reason why GOG was founded.

I will give you an example and end it. Just because Iranian Governments(Actually just one person, the supreme leader) did not want to pay the American companies for buying vaccine(He owns the country and the money of it), over 500 persons dies each day, and this is the official records of them which I do not believe. I think it is more than 1000. I have not seen many countries like you, but I lived in that prison for 26 years.
Do not tell me this country has copyright laws, they do not even care about human lives, and they practically don't care about the rights of western game developers.

well for a start vaccines arent copyrighted.
so nothing else you say has any weight after that.
secondly, i doubt you have ever been to prison - especially for such a long term. you wouldnt mention it now if you had.
thirdly, i did not at any point state i have seen many countries, just plenty of the world. a different thing.

And yet they are patented...

You aren't suppose to be able to copyright/patent a natural living thing, but modify it like GMO Roundup-ready corn, and suddenly you can control so much, who can buy it, who can make it, if they can use the seeds to grow after a second season, etc...
