CarltheBedWetter: Hello everybody. I'm Carl the BedWetter and I've just bought the, Witcher3, and also downloaded, Gog to my Pc. I look forward to supporting and buying more games though, Gog. Its surly to be a struggle against the powerful "Steam" machine, but I got a good feeling about both the idea and the people behind, Gog. Something like this has been needed for a looong time. I'm glad someone has finally stood up to the challenge. And I'm also glad to be here right in the beginning where all the magic happens.

As others have mentioned, this is hardly the beginning (as can also be seen from my join date), and just because I'm a relentless nitpicker (though otherwise quite friendly) allow me to say that you probably downloaded Galaxy to your PC, not GOG ;-)

The community here is the best I've ever seen in a public gaming forum. Do check out some of the ongoing discussions, and participate in them if you feel you have anything to contribute. Just stay clear of discussions about religion, politics, Steam, DRM and repressed minorities, at least to begin with, as those can be veritable minefields to step into.

Also be aware that we have had some problems with scammers recently, so if you are into trading games, be wary.

And if you have any questions, just ask. People here are generally very helpful.

I don't believe it will ever happen. Because he just left to go to another forum to introduce himself, which he will immediately leave and go to another forum to introduce himself. Where do you think all these introduction people vanish to without a trace? They just go round and round.

If you'd seen as many introductions as I have then the person proceeded to vanish into thin air, trust me. It was marvelous to see an introduction thread person actually post outside of their introduction thread and not vanish into thin air. I was almost thinking it was impossible you'd do that, you proved me wrong. +1
