Hey, Sony. How about The Last of Us Part 1 and Returnal also getting a GOG port?

mistycoven: Unless I've failed to take my brain medication, which it's always possible I have, Final Fantasy and Star Ocean are entirely the property of Square-Enix, the Tales series belongs to Bandai-Namco, and Breath of Fire belongs to Capcom. Sony doesn't have ownership over any of those franchises.

MegisED: Not property of, but several entries are iconic for the platform.
I mean it would be nice and all, but ultimately there's nothing Sony can do about bringing those games here

Returnal? you'd really like a shot at that game ? i passed after watching a review detailing the game mechanics.. of course the more merrier but... with the history of GoG and obtaining these titles i would think it would be better if we as a crowd aimed at the favorites and ....

nvm, just noticed the game won an award for best action 2021 - game awards

Outstanding Achievement in Original Music Compositio, - 25th annual d.i.c.e. awards
Outstanding Achievement in Audio Design

18th British Academy Games Awards
-Best Game
- Audio Achievement
- Music
- Performer in a Leading Role (Jane Perry as Selene Vassos)

2023 Game Audio Network Guild Awards Best Physical Soundtrack Release

This one should be here, we only need winners aye ;-p and not slouchebags!!
Regardless of your opinion after watching a review or whatever awards it won, Housemarque does have Nex Machina on GOG, so Returnal should be here as well. They published Nex Machina themselves so they had full say in that happening. It would be nice to have Outland on GOG as well, but given that Ubisoft published that one, well, I'm not holding my breath. Or how about Super Stardust, which I played on the Amiga about a million years ago and has a DOS version.

Don't know; don't have TLOU P1 on Steam for PC yet.
Digital Foundry did look at the PC port after an update, a bit ago - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8bg9coF6AA

Many are probably gonna need to upgrade first - it just eats lots of VRAM and newer PS5/XSX games are headed in that direction. Look at Silent Hill 2 Remake and Avatar: TON requiring 8gb VRAM GPU's as a bare minimum.

Probably gonna be best to buy it & play it when the PC port's old - which will be when much newer & more powerful hardware's out that can brute-force good performance, I'd bet.
