It came from the shipyard.

The Last Leviathan, a physics-based simulation of naval mayhem and exploration, is now available for Windows and Mac, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 15% discount.

The legends speak of one Last Leviathan, lurking somewhere in the fringes of the ocean or the sailors' overactive imagination. Whatever the truth, you must know it for yourself. As soon as you manage to put together something that barely floats, it's time to face the beasts, the other captains, and the vastness of the open sea!
You can already salvage, buy, or plunder parts to build your ship, but when Super Punk Games are done implementing features, you will also be able to uncover the story behind the mysterious land of Middenhir in Voyage Mode. With the help of the community and under the influence of some favorable winds, they'll keep adding plenty of other features, both big and small, until their ambitious vessel is 100% seaworthy.

Have a whale of a time constructing ships and feeding them to the sea as you search for The Last Leviathan, DRM-free on GOG.com!
The 15% discount will last until October 7, 9:59 AM UTC.

Note: This game is currently in development. See the FAQ to learn more about games in development, and check out the forums to find more information and to stay in touch with the community.

Looks fun, like Besiege with ships? But more focused on action than construction?
Looks very promising. Naval combat and salvage combined with Shadow of the Colossus boss battles? I'm on board for that.
Looks interesting. Wishlisted and hoping it will be out in good condition.
Based on the russian movie Leviathan? :P

(...)
I mean, that movie had so much potential...!
Super Punk Games???

There's no Superpunk, but Superpunk!
Sounds quite fun. Wishlisted for now.

In shipshape?

I'll get my coat.
Besiege with boats (ships), needs more to impress me.
*beware of sarcasm*

oh boy, oh boy, are the achievements already implemented in galaxy for this one?

You mean in sheep shape? I doubt it. It's pretty cheap, so there must be chips, instead. Oh, don't mind my hesitation—I chipped my teeth on crayons so I had to skip my lessons.

Your pun was duly noted ;)
Hmm... I'm seeing naval Terratech... or maybe naval Robocraft... seems cool still, I like the engineering/physics type games and think the old naval theme is pretty fun.

Naval, engineering, physics, pieces flying all over the place... This game immediately reminded me of From the Depths.
Intrigued by the spider ship in the last screenshot. Wondering if that's player-buildable or just an enemy you face...
