In Tropico 2-pirate cove box cover only says tropico-pirate cove while game title beneath only says tropico 2.shouldn't both game title and box cover be Tropico 2 - Pirate Cove?Fix it GOG.i know this really isnt issue right now but both Commandos and both Tropico cover arts look ridicilous.like you arent even trying

Matruchus: When are the HoMM Chronicles downloads going to be fixed? Sizewise of course (660MB -> 3.5GB).
Didn't you just love it when every single GOG installer carries DX9, FoxIt Reader, and a bunch of other redundant redistributables in it? Well, now you've got even more of them! Enjoy!

I've got an idea that GOG probably isn't at all responsible for cover art. They likely get all of it from the publishers...

Yeah, from the publishers as I understand it. They've mentioned in the past that a lot of times they have to use crappy cover art because the publisher no longer has the rights to use the original art anymore. Well, they didn't say it exactly that way. That's my personal paraphrasing, but you get the point. See the Time Commando cover art on GOG {attached} and compare it to the original for a good example.

me personally i am not too bothered about the separated titles but in my opinion it should be like the currency and have an optional switch.

the only real negative for me is due to me having so many titles that i have not got around to yet which is well over 150.. i am now seeing bundled titles with multiple add-ons now separated with duplicate extras and now literally have no idea when or in which order to install them :( while before the bundled .exe would install it all including DLC's+add-ons in the correct order.

i now some will say i am just lazy but some of us haven't got time to sit trawling the internet looking up every titles in the library and then finding out which add-ons are to be installed in what order i prefer just having the 1 .exe (pack) which installs it all at once like it did before.

the only way i can see around this is actually place a published date or something to that description to label the DLC so as to have some idea of the order of install.

Lands Of Lore, Kings Bounty, Spellforce 2 & Gothic 3... are examples of multiple entries but no way of knowing the order of installation.

also why was not the Extras/DLC's not just stacked on the base title that would seem to be a better idea than fully separate leading to bigger and more space wasting sizes.

i am just glad that i backed up my whole library 2 weeks ago...though it cost me just over 450gb in storage & a few quiet hours in the evening lol

Ok, I've sorted my (partly) unbundled shelf and I have to say that some of the new box art looks fine. But yet I think the unbundling wasn't done very well. Here are some of the problems that I've found (I guess they all have been mentioned before, but I'm not going to read the whole thread again):

- Product-bonus bug on Tomb Raider 1-3 and Duke Nukem 1-2
- There are two Cossacks boxes that say The Art of War (one of them should be European Wars)
- Where are the original versions of Police Quest and Quest for Glory?
- When clicking on the box of Ultima Underworld II, the card says Ultima Underworld I (files seem to be ok though)
- Please give us individual box art for the following series: Cognition, Duke Nukem, The Incredible Machine, Quest for Glory, Police Quest, Star Flight and Megarace (and no, adding a number doesn't count as individual box art)
- Please bundle different versions of the same game (e.g. Leisure Suit Larry I, X-Wing) in one box with individual downloads (would be the same way you handle DLCs).
- Is it really necessary to add the bonus files to every game of the packs? You should either add all of them to the first game of a pack or each of them to the game it belongs to. The way you handle it now is just confusing and will lead to unecessay double and triple downloads of the same content.

I can only speculate it's the same way. If there's no licensed available cover art, you work with what you do have the rights to. I imagine that it's a lot easier for Steam considering they're generally more focused on newer releases. Time Commando isn't even available on Steam. (Not to say that older retro games don't get released on Steam).

Firek: Hm, as far as our friendly neighborhood dev can see, your games count appears to have increased to 522, not decreased.
Well, nothing appears to be missing so... strange!
So far my list has increased from 594 to 673....ouch
