Yami130: I would like that the game would be set in the past when there were more witchers and witcher schools worked. {snip} Another interesting thing would be if we could choose to which witcher school your character would belong to and the chosen school would have influence on your stats (for example, bear school would have increased armor rating/vitality, cat school would have increased critical hit chance and so forth) and how other people would talk with you (because different schools might have different reputations).
Let's take this part of your suggestion, and move from there. You have the schools. You have the possible specialization for the schools. You have the world.
Make it a management game, similar to either Majesty or Dungeon Keeper.

You are the one running the school. You can adjust the curriculum (signs/alchemy/combat), you can assign teachers, and you can send the alumni out to do their jobs. Add an overarching plot that moves forward independent of your actions (think Uplink) and let the players figure out what is happening and how they can affect such plot.

Have the plot be about someone attempting to destroy the schools. You will be getting reports of other schools being attacked, and you will have the option of sending reinforcements to other schools, or people to help the attacked schools. Reinforcing a school will mean your school will be more vulnerable, and won't be able to function at full efficiency, but it will slow down the menace, helping other schools means you may get new people in yours, either teachers who no longer have a place to teach, students that may or may not need more lessons, or even captives for intelligence.

Hm, I seem to be describing an X-Com game. That does sound delicious indeed.

You mean like they had done for The Witcher 2?

Domy85: I´m honestly surprised by all the hate the Witcher Series receives. I only played the 3rd one and see it as one of the best games I played in my life (+20 years of gaming).
I would absolutely love to see another game in the Witcher universe.
I am not, even a bit. Personally I like The Witcher very much, perhaps even more.. but can't understand Assassin's Creed phenomenon. Game is boring and repetitive to me, not to mention comes with one of the most annoying drm. So, I can easily understand if someone doesn't like the game.

Canceled unfortunately..
I would like to play as a scheming mage where combat happens rarely, it's about roleplaying, strategy, resource management or perhaps even breaking barriers in magic as an academic or explorer. Preferably done in earlier times, perhaps between the time when Elves were far more civilized and actually lived in cities. As long as it's about role playing and not about fighting for fighting's sake I'm good with it. (Like a roguelike or card game).
Witcher Futuristic Racer, now that WipeOut and F-Zero are dead.
Female protagonist (Ciri was very cute in witcher 3)!

Return of sex-cards and sex-card-calendar as game extra (like witcher's 1)!

Sorcerer player (the Operator in Arena felt badass)!

Other Witcher school (i would love Cat, for example)!

Return of dice poker! Not necessarily with removal of Gwent, though, they could coexist!

Return of talking monsters, like Vetala the Ghoul!

More famous "destinations", like the House of the Night in Vizima!

Order Knight player (like Siegfried)?

Elf/dwarf player?

More awesome NPCs like Foltest!

PaterAlf: I would love to see a Witcher roguelike game.
Considering the recent stream of Rogue-likes on GOG I'm not sure if you're joking, but nevertheless I would LOVE such a game in the Witcher's universe. Heck just typing this already brings many ideas.

Just to make it clear, I wasn't joking.
A game where you play as a bard, chasing after tales and legends. Since The Witcher loves the idea of 'Hero' types making things worse, the bard would arrive in time to see the aftermath and consequences of what happens when the traditional protagonists have moved on, and then have to deal with the fallout of, say, the local cult having been slaughtered (sure, they killed virgins, but they also kept the evil spirits at bay, and since the entire staff of the bakery were members, now the village has no bread...)
