Some may dislike, but I think people deserve to know. It's not all flowers and rainbows.
I see that, back when you originally contacted us, I got back to you and proposed which of the two payments to refund - I suggested the quickest one, but didn't want to make that decision before consulting you. Unfortunately you never got back to us.

We're currently making major improvements to our support system, which will send two automated reminders before closing a pending ticket, so we can be reasonably sure that situations like this don't happen again.

To be honest, I was a bit confused when I reviewed this ticket after well over a week, and at first glance I assumed that I already issued the refund back then. So I think it wasn't hard to miss the part when I asked you for feedback.
In hindsight, maybe I should have been more clear - sorry about that.

The refund is now issued, and you should get your money back within a few business days.
