about pulling weeds out and still get the ''know all's'' in here pointing out that you were wrong.

So, I pull them out with a pitchfolk routes and all.
When I was a little boy I didn´t know all the different plants, so I loved to pull them out and see what comes up. Mostly it were roots, but I was really excited when I found a carrot or a beet. It was like treasure hunting :)

How exactly would you “pull” them out with a fork? Surely you would be lifting them?

(Just joking by the way, you did ask for it)

When I was a little boy I played hooky and went yabbying and when I went back to school, I sometimes got six of the best:)

1. Sort of surprised that spelling bad wasn't picked up.
2. You loosen them with the fork and then pull them out and bash the roots against the fork so as the soil wasn't wasted before tossing them over the neighbours fence.
3. I know.

And being such a thoughtful neighbour I hope they most probably are, will store the accumulated lot, until an opportune moment arises to post them back through your letterbox...

Because that's what friendly neighbours are for...
Do you compost the weeds?

i don't mind little plants because they live and die without my effort. but i have a tree in my backyard and the more it grows, the more anger i feel towards it.. several times i kicked him as hard as i could just to show that we're not best friends. and no, i'm not scared it he drops a branch on me ok?

You got nothing on me Tauto, I pull out weeds with my teeth, then I teabag the other weeds to assert dominance.

Most should be compostable. Knotweed, bamboo etc. I wouldn’t. Also infected stuff, blight box for instance should be burnt.

1. I got it but either thought you were using a different spelling/etc and didn't want to be rude pointing it out. :)

2. Good man(well except the tossing over the fence bit...composting[as others replied] is usually better and helps one's own plants).

So you have/had a "scary tree" as well growing up? That seems to be more common than I thought(I did as well long ago).

They would have trouble with that as they would of been sucked up by their pool cleaner, so they need to fish them out of the pool but and there's always a butt or three that sails through the air over the fence, is my mailbox has a resident brown snake that keeps bills and junk mail away.

Easier way is to pour boiling water on them and watch them die.

That's what the idiot neighbour said to me once and I said ''No, as they would start growing in their and more weed pulling would need to be done''.

I don't think they'd be doing much growing if you did it correctly.

Whereas poison oak / ivy should not be burnt. ;)
In Fiorida they post warning signs next to oleander (spelling approximate as I haven't lived there in years) trees because the trees are poisonous (probably the "fruit"). Don't think you'd want to burn them either.
