Are you referring to The Witcher Tales: Thronebreaker? If so, then the answer is yes.

Keep in mind that most if not all of the cards that you unlock in Thronebreaker actually have way different, way worse, way nerfed, and way less-fun stats when you use them in GWENT.

In other words, even though they name the Thronebreaker card with the same name as the GWENT card, and even though they claim you can "use the Thronebreaker cards in GWENT," since the stats are different, those statements aren't actually true: really what is happening, is you unlock a card in Thronebreaker and then you get to use a different card in GWENT that isn't the same as the one you unlocked in Thronebreaker.

IMO that's a bait & switch scam.

skipdive, I won't offer any examples in order to avoid spoilers, but Ancient-Red-Dragon is right: expect different stats and special abilities, sometimes even modified tags in GWENT.
