TES is all about quantity over quality.
If you want quality, play Ultima Underworld.
Or mod the hell out of the TES games.
I like it when RPGs have these generic dungeons, it makes it all so much more exciting when you stumble upon that unique one so it feels like you've actually found something interesting.
I didn't find that issue nearly as bad in the TES games as I found it in Mass Effect.

Well Mass Effect Andromeda could spice up the space exploration and make alot of planets unique looking.

It makes it so you don't find the same exact floor plan on multiple planets scattered across the universe? That was my issue. You can put a different wallpaper on the walls, but when the blueprints are the same...

And I did not mention the Water Temple, if I have to mention any Water Based Temple from Zelda it be the Lakebed Temple from Twilight Princess.
