Just sit back and relax, I guess. Support takes billing problems very seriously - they'll sort you out. Hopefully Christmas doesn't slow the process down too much, but it will work out in the end.

Good thing you didn't buy Fallout. :P For a while it had a habit of vanishing from libraries. Literally, four or five times a day it would disappear and then reappear on peoples' shelves.
