It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am using Firefox, News and Now On Sale sections are empty since the site overhaul. What could I do? I loved to come here on GOG.com, now it's not pleasurable at all except for the forum that luckily stayed normal.

Same with me, only on GOG Galaxy. Firefox shows news and discounts fine.

That's crazy, I checked and they work fine in Galaxy for me instead. But I prefer to use my browser, I hope it gets fixed.
Sadly it differs from one case to another. When I use widescreen monitor and mobile, it works fine. When I'm using a 4x3 monitor it borked.

It was gog web developer's putting cross compatibility is in the bottom of the priorities list.
The new design is so bad and so buggy.
I just can not realise why GOG do not just revert their website to previous version.

The old design is not really good, but is much more stable and usable.
Really the website got a lot worse and buggy with this new design.
I hope they correct this for at least not getting so buggy.
They should have probably kept the redesign in the oven a little longer and polish it, not rush it for the 10th anniversary which seems more and more likely they did.
Same here, except I can't see News and Now on Sale niether on Galaxy nor on Firefox.
Am using 4:3(5:4) monitor with 1280*1024.
GOG really take a giant dump on their old time customers with this redesign.
It is ugly, not working and normal features like games in a list is completely missing.
So thanks for nothing GOG!

Happened to me too - I updated Firefox. Not to the new shiny Firefox - I just updated my particular browser to its newest.

It's funny, last time GoG did a big update the same thing happened - GoG updating is like my sign that I need to update Firefox.

Though I get this annoying Firefox message now that my browser is critically out of date.

I experienced the same too, but after some experimentation I found that it is the width of the window that counts.

If the client area of the GOG Galaxy window is at least 1430 pixel wide (the window is wider than 1445 pixel) then these sections are visible. Under that, they behave erraticly and the contents are only visible for a brief moment when scrolling left or right, or resizing the window.

Thanks, that fixed the problem on Pale Moon. Was wondering why the home page was showing fine on Firefox only but that's because I was zoomed out a little more there

Yes, I get it; I zoomed out a bit in Firefox and it worked but how to make it work in Galaxy! I can't change to any bigger resolution than 1280*1024 since 4:3(5:4) monitor!?

Wow zooming out did the trick for me as well.
