These three games are paid for and everything, and I went into GOG Galaxy and downloaded the file. But, when I close every window on my desktop and open my downloads folder to start the actual downloading process, I get a bar showing how far along the downloading process is currently, and now I have a window pop up saying that GOG is open and I have to close it before I can download these games. The problem is, everything in GOG is closed - I closed it all before I tried to download. But I am still getting the same message about how the downloading process cannot continue until the GOG windows are closed. Can someone please help me?

I really don't know what you are trying to do.

You can:

- either install Galaxy and then have Galaxy download and install your game. No closing windows etc pp necessary. Just start the game when Galaxy is done
- or go here: https://www.gog.com/account with you browser. Select "Download Offline Backup Installers" and download all files into the same folder. Then start installation of the game from there.
