You can't do anything about the report, but you can unhide the post and up-rep it again.

Don't worry about it. If reporting stuff had any consequences, I'd be banned and tinyE would've been hanged by now.

I've done this on a few occasions.

almost always to tinyE. it doesn't really have an affect I don't think.
