Orkhepaj: heh? that rule is so stupid
i bet more people would like to get older but better games
i usually just get a key for 1-2 euros from the bundles , half of the games are not interesting to me anyway
Sin6ularity: I understand you, but I strongly disagree and here is why:
majority of subscribers are young people who wants new game and good value games for money they are spending
old games are great, I like them too, but they are not for everyone and they are easy to buy them they almost never cost that much as new games.
Another thing is that Humble is aware of that so every month they are giving new and expensive games, making sure lot of people will subscribe.
I can tell you what I think since I am active subscriber since 2015. I get new games for $10 a month that often cost from $15-$30 each, so reason why I am buying choice is because of its value..
You get my point value of games sales the bundle, we might like those games or not, but that`s how things work....
I used to buy keys long ago, but first time I lost few games because I bought stolen keys I usually use official stores only totally avoiding black market sites G2A, KInguin and others..
I think if I remember correctly 2 years ago i bought Mortal Kombat X on Kinguin paid $11 for it, next month steam revoked that game from my library because seller was selling stolen keys. I was lucky seller did refund me the money but I never bought anything again on any sites like Kinguin. Perhaps you had better experience or you were lucky...
Of course not all sites are black market, there are valid vendors who are selling valid keys like Green Man Gaming, Instant Gaming, Fanatical or Hubmle...
and as for older games i didnt mean much older but a 4-5 year old game should still be fine and they still could cost 20+ euros on steam
