Can anybody tell me how it is I go about requesting a refund for Divinity: Original Sin 2, purchased several days ago & just haven't been able to launch & quite frankly I'm completely fed up with all the messing about.

Tried all kinds.. deleted/reinstalled multiple times, different drives, deleted/reinstalled all kinds of files and folders, followed guides on the forum here and on Youtube, everything else I've tested so far in my library has launched without issue so I haven't a clue what the issue is with Divinty.

You'll have to contact Support and create a ticket about technical issues. In accordance with Terms of Service, they'll try to help you first and only when they're unable to fix issues you're experiencing, you'll be able to receive a refund. You can find Support at the very top of the page on the navigation bar next to your nickname.
While doing that, you might try posting you PC specs and detailed information with the issue you are facing.
they will make you jump thru hoops first, tho

stuff like... uuuuh update your graphical drives then.
post directx (?!) specs
pray to your god
