Is there a way to request a game for the site to sell? (I'm kinda new here.) Specifically, Millennia: Altered Destinies.

Yes here: http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games
But keep in mind that the rights holders have to come up to an agreement with GOG ffor the game to apper on the site.

Wishlist entry to show interest in said title. The game seems to be a Take 2 property though, and GOG doesn't have an agreement with them yet, so until they do, number of votes may not mean much.

A lot of votes may, however, provide GOG an incentive to try and reach an agreement with Take 2.

Considering what properties Take 2 currently has, I don't think the number of votes actually matters. It's a company GOG should be trying to get, and once they do, then we can go over individual games.
But yes, in general, higher number of votes show higher interest, thus more likely for GOG to increase their efforts to sign said company.

I think it would work both ways: if GOG can show a big number of votes for a given game, it might encourage the company to consider publishing said game here.
