Did you try the HD mod linked above?
No when i downloaded directx9 the same error appears when I tried to start the game.

I'll try the HD mod as noted above next....

What's the error? That might help somebody give you a better idea of what's going wrong.

a program caused this program to stop working correctly. Windows will look for a solution and notify you"

i wonder what this other program could be?


Does anyone have a similar issue with gog games heroes 3?
