EDIT: I wrote a guide Baldur's Gate Trilogy Installation Guide on Linux Mint in case someone else needs help and finds this topic.
https://www.gog.com/forum/baldurs_gate_series/how_to_install_baldurs_gate_trilogy_bgt_on_linux_mint
That's for classic versions of Baldur's Gate games.
I opened a similar topic in the Baldur's Gate subforum 22 hours ago but there isn't an answer yet. Since the Linux community is a little tight, I wanted to expand my question to the general forum, fishing for those Linux experts.
Basically, my questions are;
1. Should I install the Linux versions GOG provides (.sh files) or should I install Windows versions using wine? (I already installed .sh files)
2. Are there separate MOD files for Linux?
3. If I can use the old mod exe files, how can I run them? Normally I right click and select "Open with Wine Windows Program Loader"
My search results did not yield any useful information so here I am.
