I want to send a gift to a forum user. All I know is their forum name. Can I still buy them a gift?

Yes. Put your own email in when it asks for their email. You'll get an email with the code in, which you can then give to the person of your choice using whatever method of text transmission you wish (PM, carrier pigeon etc.).

You can also find all the gift codes you buy in the "Orders & Settings" tab of your account.
