I'd like to change the language of the e-mails I receive.

I've set my language to English in my settings, but I still receive them in another language.

Is there any way for me to do that?

Since I get all emails twice – first in German and a few hours later in English, I would assume that you either have to unsubscribe from emails (or even switch back to French and then unsubscribe) and the with English selected re-subscribe to the emails again.
