Hi, I'm trying to download some games in the new gog galaxy 1.2.6, and i cannot for the life of me figure out where the hell the scheduler options are. Nothing will currently download,

The bandwidth limit? It's in the GOG COM logo -> settings -> downloads.

no, it wasn;t the bandwidth limit. I was trying to download warsow for a quick DM fix, and it wouldnt start downloading. it simply said "scheduled".

I fixed the problem by restarting gog galaxy. I couldn't find any information on a scheduler, so was a little confused :P

Usually, when a download is alredy in progress and another download is started, the second one gets scheduled.
Don't think that we have any option of manually sceduling downloads. In case there are downloads scheduled and one running, the running download can be dragged lower in th queue and it will be scheduled and whatever is on the top of the list will start downloading. The download section in Galaxy needs improvement.
