TARFU: K-Billy's Super Sounds of the 70's weekend just keeps on... truckin'.
You're slacking.

JolinIres: About $100 give or take. I'm 1 game away from having 750 games on GoG oh nooooooooo.

silent49: Wow you spent a lot on GOG. Hitting 750 on steam is a lot cheaper with all the secondary market bundle sales for dirt cheap.

You could start your own torrent server although CD projekt red wouldn't appreciate it.
I know. I have a lot more that 750 games on steam. There is a lot of overlap between my steam and my GoG actually.....
Nothing . Maybe in december .
Nothing so far. I'm really tempted to get Mother Russia Bleeds Dealer Edition, but unfortunately it got no discount. It's a beautiful game, but I find the base price too high for a fairly short single player beat'em up with limited replay value. I'm not even a huge fan of the genre.

Maybe I'll pick a game or three so I can get into the 1000 games club.

Bought Tyranny and finished the event that way.
£287 which isn't as bad as it sounds.
I got a lot of games for my money.
I spent exactly zero moneys...
Well there's still time to spend.
A whooping 2 bucks LOL! Battlevoid (Battlestations?): Harbinger

I was on the fence about it because I thought (from videos I had watched on release) it looked a bit slow and boring despite the fact that the mechanics sounded like something I'd like. For my first hour with it last night I thought it was exactly this - but it grew on me. We'll see how long it holds my attention.

I might pick up something else today before the sale ends.

Funny enough, I was super excited to see The Void (wow, two void games) on sale the first day or so. It was going be be an absolute purchase - had been on my wishlist just waiting for a proper sale. I totally talked myself out of it - started reading reviews about the frustrating difficulty and the "brick walls" you can build for yourself early on, forcing a restart. I don't play games to get aggravated and I was afraid this is what would happen here.

Does that have 'movement points' and stuff?

No it's real time (at a slow pace, with a pause and one speed increase). There is a "sector map" and you move from one sector to the next, one space at a time.

But once you get to the sector you do a quick real time fight against anyone there.

There might be "movement points" in the sense that ships have "speed" ratings which alter how fast they go / turn in the real time mode, but I haven't dug far enough into the game yet to work out stats / mechanics. So far I'm just doing missions and trying the different weapons.

Really? Well well well, maybe my Fall Sale shopping isn't complete yet. :D

And pertaining to your other post in the other thread, if you ever want to shoot the shit about American Football I'm always here. :D
