I have waited about 1 hour, and my gift have not arrived to gift-receiver. I have also not get gift receipe to my email.

The emails are sent pretty much instantly after you pay, but though we are used to e-mail usually being delivered within a few minutes, it can take a lot longer. This isn't a fault of GOG's, but how e-mail works.

Of course, you could go to your orders page, find the gift order, and resend it.
