I remember when I used this site a long time ago, I could sort the games by decade in the store. This was very helpful. How do I do it now? I can't seem to find this option to filter by decade.

I suspect you can't, probably another feature that has been removed.

Not entirely sure why you would need to, if your only interested in games from a certain year or decade then something like:
[url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Video_games_by_year]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Video_games_by_year[/url]
Would be far better. GOG occasionally has the wrong years, or rerelease years show, so it won’t help.
