I can't find the answer anywhere in Google. Thanks for your help :)

Click the 'My Settings' link at the top right-hand side of any GoG forum web page, then under the heading 'My Community Profile:' look at the third option down, labelled 'Forum "title":, and change what's written in the text box to the right of it, then click the 'Save and go back' button located at the bottom right of that page...
