The e-mail with which I registered to gog.com has been hacked. How can I change my primary e-mail to something else? Everytime I try to change it, the website forces me to type in my password. Okay, no problems there, I type it in. But then the system requires a 4 digit security code that it sends to my hacked e-mail... Is there any way I can change it or is my account basically fucked?

You should be able to directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com from your new address. You'll have to provide some proof of account ownership, like e-mail receipts of your purchases.
If you open a support ticket via the chatbot, I believe that would send a message to your old address that you need to reply to in order to keep the ticket open.
If you have a support ticket open but support is too slow (it usually is), you can change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone, then send a polite message with your ticket number to a staff member like ponczo_.

I just sent a mail to support. I hope they can do something. Thanks for your help!
