Hello community,

I have contacted GOG customer care back on December 18th regarding certain issues with Cyberpunk and the general GOG business model. I received some message that is barely related to the issue (which I later realized is just an automated message). I then wrote that I would like to speak to somebody who will read what is written.

After a week I write them another email, and this time I get an automated message again, on December 24th. I request my refund since nobody is interested in talking with me and I don't get a response. I write another email on January 7th, and again, no response.

It has now been a full month, and it would seem that nobody is interested in talking to me or refunding me my money. How would I actually get anyone to respond? I did not manage to find any online chats or telephone numbers, and at this point, I am getting very frustrated.

You wait. They're taking the piss, Their support staff is highly burdened. I don't blame the support staff. I blame the management who knew this shit show was coming and did little to nothing to prepare for it. They're terribly overwhelmed RN, so you just have to wait, sadly.

You could try asking a blue for help. I.e. one of the forum moderators. ponczo, for example, can take a look at the status of your support ticket. You can just PM him. Here's a message from him, so you can get the PM link. https://www.gog.com/forum/general/a_question_about_the_refunds_on_gog/post13
Thanks for your replies guys! I have sent a message to the mod as suggested. Hopefully, a resolution comes soon
