I was going to order Worms Armageddon but while checking out after thinking about how much money I had I decided to get Worms 2 as well. Te order for both games was complete but for some reason there is still a pending order for Worms Armageddon on my account. How do I get rid of it?

If you mean the game is still in your cart, move your mouse on top of the picture or name of that order and a word "Remove" should appear. Click on that to remove it from your cart.

EDIT: Actually now that remove-link doesn't seem to be working for me, nothing happens when I click on it. :D But if I go to the checkout page (click on "Checkout now") and click on the same remove-button there, then it gets deleted properly.

I had that happen to me too recently, where after purchasing a game, the same game then appeared in my order history as a pending order. The next day it was gone though. I figure that's just a hiccup in the checkout system.

Even if the charge does go through, you should be able to get support to refund the money as long as you don't download the game.

I've never needed a refund here, but there is a policy in place to cover things like this.

A forum bug™. You can remove games normally outside the forum pages (like in the main page and the catalog).

Is it really a "bug", or is it just that gog.com/forum still is "the old gog.com", from before the site relaunch? ;P
