Are you asking how to add the Beamdog version to your GOG account? I don't think you can.

Maybe request a GoG code from Beamdog?

I'm sure there's also a backchannel way for Beamdog to have said game added to email-address-holding-account on GoG regardless of username... so long as the email address used for purchasing/account on Beamdog's site is the same...

Though i'm not sure of the rules involved with making/distributing GoG keys outside of users purchasing them, or GoG giving them away and having potential expirations on them.

The game can't be activated here on GOG but all the DLC incl. the new one released a month ago Tyrants of the Moonsea can be purchased from Beamdog's website - or you can wait for a GOG sale and get the game plus DLC here.
