taurengamer: Hey everyone. Seems like i have some trouble with launching the GOG galaxy client, funny thing is that it worked for one day, the next day? nope, suddenly its broken and that thing just doesn't want to start up.

The error message speaks of "api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll"

I do have windows 8.1 so i have no clue if that might be problem
Even though i DID run all the windows updates and vcredists. Still the same problem, tried to reinstal and also to open this as administrator, still a no go.

Any suggestions?

taurengamer: Thanks to you both, i ran a few things through the advices and all is up and running again! So hyped for DLCs of Witcher which i can finally get now, thank you ^^
