I've never really understood the 'sealed' thing.
I'm not much of a collector mind, so maybe I just don't have the right mentality, but what's the point in buying a book / DVD / CD / Game and never opening it?

The only reason I can see to do so is to sell it somewhere down the line and make money... but that's a circular argument because it's only worth more money because people want sealed boxes, and if they only want them to sell on themselves later for more money... it's all a bit pointless.
(I know that's not really the case, presumably somewhere along the line there is a collector who really wants a mint condition sealed whatever and is willing to pay for it)
I don't get it. I don't see teh point in having things sealed and put away never to be touched. My brother does this; he buys two of many things and has them tucked away. he will probably sell them for a mint down the road. i'm too lazy for that crap. :)
With all the effort you put into writing like shit, why not just use the same effort to spell properly?
Only time I personally care whether the product (game/movie/cd) is sealed or not, would be when I buy a product that's labeled as new. Otherwise I don't really care for those, but I'm bad at trying to keep products sealed as I'll unseal those anyways, whether I immediately use it or not. I'm rather impatient in that regard..

Fairfox: I deffo prefer nu when it comes to eBay and teh like. What is your stance on 'Liek Nu'? Spelling aside :P
Actually I have a bit of a confession to make, I've never ordered anything from Ebay, ever. That aside, overall when someone labels a product that's unsealed 'like new' / 'in prime condition' / 'very little used', I don't mind if I can be 100% sure that's the case. I've got stuff that's not wrapped but still in pristine condition, even if it's actually used by someone earlier. So I think it's whether I could trust the seller or not, I guess.

When it comes to spelling, personally I don't find the way you write to be that confusing. It's something that catches my eye when browsing the forums, in a good way. So to be honest, I don't really mind.
If I ever misunderstand something, I'd expect to be corrected anyways so there's no harm done, in my opinion at least.
wrestling the meaning from your post requires similar effort as unwrapping your controller box.
parsing English, Hulk-style :p
