While I was sorting my library, I've noticed that the number of hidden games is larger than the actual items on the shelf (17/15). I've since unhidden everything and refreshed the account, but the library still shows 2 games with no results. Any clues?

I also have that. When I wrote support tickets I was told it happened because I had hidden the Galaxy Alpha client and when it was removed the number did not update... some time later, I got the info that the bug should be fixed for everyone. But this everyone did not include me... which I told them... that was back in June.
But I have to admit I did not bother to ask about that anymore. While it is a bit annoying it is a minor bug and there are more important things to fix.

That means the other one is probably the Witcher AG beta. I didn't even bother support since I was more curious than annoyed, although it will probably gnaw at the back of my mind from now on.

Hide all of your games, refresh your account, then unhide all of them and refresh again. It may works because I encountered same problem and that solution fixed it.

Finally got around to trying this, however it did not work. I guess I'll just have to live with it.

I have 20 hidden games but only 19 games are visible when I view my hidden games. I never hid Galaxy or other beta stuff. But I don't miss anything, so I never bothered contacting support (all of my hidden games could vanish and I wouldn't care at all - that's why they're hidden).
