For all the Heroes of might and magic 2 lovers out there. Found a solution to the sound lagg problem.
Klick manage insatllation in GOG--> Heroes 2 --> show folder ---> dosboxhomm2.conf
"open this folder with note pad and change (cputype=auto)." I have copied the whole segment and but the part you need to change at the bottom. I have set mine to auto and it worked. You can allso try manually numbers if that doesent work.
