I think i've downloaded everything i needed. Watched a lot of youtube video's but they didn't help me.

I've bought heroes 4 and want to play it on a macbook pro.
I've downloaded the galaxy client for mac, Crossover, the download TIE, framework. net. and still it doesn't work. I've had multiple errors: one of them is: GOG Galaxy doesn't support this version, (requires windows 7 SP1 or newer). Another error is: The current framework.net doesn't support the download (tried after that a newer and a older framework.net version and it didn't work.
I hope u guys can help me, really want to replay my younger days ;)

Don't bother messing around with Galaxy when you're trying to play a Windows game on a Mac.

Download the installer for the game directly from your library on the GOG website, and run that in Crossover.

There's no guarantee that a game is going to run in Crossover, but Heroes 4 should.

You might want to try this wine-wrapper from Paul the Tall. Generally, their preconfigured wrappers work quite well.
