OK,
After seeing some of the hype, I ordered a Sphero SPRK edition. No, not the BB-8 (a cool toy, but not into the hype), and this one is clear so you can see his insides while he rolls.
Unfortunately, it appears my delivery was delayed (apparently demand was pretty large), and as a consolation for the delay, they sent me another bot, the dark version of the Ollie.
While others' have been upset about not being able to get their shipments on time and requesting refunds, those of us who were patient got an extra gift this year.
While I'm still waiting on my Sphero SPRK, My Ollie came today and It's charging up.
That is some of the best customer service I've ever seen in years.
