I'm hoping someone from GoG reads or if a user can think of something I should try I'm all for it. I am not posting from my GoG account, I had to create a new one so that I can post this. I've just resubmitted a 4th support email in the past week and a half but I'm not sure that it will be resolved. Out of the 3 previous support emails only one got a ticket created which was (NWTSBHBU). Whoever was working on the ticket asked me for the serial key of a game if all I did was redeem a game and not buy it from GoG. Funny thing is that at the bottom of this email it said the ticket was closed and if I replied back it would reopen. I did reply back with the serial key I got from Amazon/Nvidia to redeem the Witcher 3 as well as an email confirmation from GoG that my order for the Witcher 3 was complete (Order ID #34dc833c4aa0).

Of course I haven't heard back after two email replies in the past two days so I'm assuming the ticket is closed indefinitely. I've actually had my account for a few years as I purchased the Witcher 2 from Amazon a few years back and I was able to tie it with my GoG account. I had been logging in GoG Galaxy for about the past month to play the Witcher 3 before my account randomly got deleted. Logging into the GoG website is a no go as well. They both say user not found.

It's happened to quite a few people, many of them are still logged in though and can thus use the site from the hacked account, since they didn't log out and the session is still valid. Read this by GOG staffer Ciris. Good luck in getting your account back.

Tip:Sending in multiple tickets doesn't work as last one becomes first one.
Tip:Hover pointer over a Gog avatar and start conversation.
I can understand the frustration and these problems should not be happening.

I didn't have anything to do with this thread being derailed but now I'm gonna get blamed for it! :P
Yeah, the big thing is stop submitting tickets. Every time you do that, your issue gets moved to the bottom of the pile and will delay GOG's response. If you need to follow up on a ticket, reply to the E-mail confirmation you should have received instead.
Thank you all for your replies. I still have not heard back from support since 7/1 replying to the support email I got from GoG. Will repost with updates as I find it absurd not having the ability to log into my account now for 2weeks.

Hey. i do have the same Problem as you. My login mail won't re accepted anymore by either the website or the client. "User not found"
I wrote a support ticket today aswell, i hope they can help.
This is getting ridiculous. It's probably easier to win the lottery than to get a reply from gog support.

I got an answer on Monday. So far i know my Mail got changed. The support guy was able to put my mail adress back in after i got him some transaction numbers from my latest purchase with the corresponding paypal numbers.

Edit: I was now able to resett my password and have my account back =)

Small number of staff, only operates during normal business hours in Poland, very limited weekend support. Basically the business appears to have outgrown the support department's abilities. They really need to invest in expanding the department to keep up with the demand.

This and 2-step authentication needs to happen.
Unfortunately I still have not gotten an email back. It's been 10 days since my last post and 10 days since I wrote a support ticket. I have given up on getting my account restored as it's been a month with no resolution. Good luck to those who are still trying to get their account back. Have never dealt with such bad customer service.
