Dunno where my last topic went...
So the question is : is there any better way to report and deal with trolls with hateful posts other than opening a ticket on for the support team?

I don't think there is an alternative apart from simply ignoring the post. Quite frankly, i haven't really seen such posts around here so far at all.

The answer is what I said in the other thread...contact staff(community mods or staff mods, both listed in the forum sticky threads) via PM.

(Posting so you can mark this thread as solved by picking an answer)

Also some kind advice: Next time maybe stick to only one thread on the topic?

(that's likely part of why you got down rated on both threads)

yeah but when i checked where is my first topic i couldnt find it and made the 2nd, now it show ,maybe a forum bug there is plenty

That happens sometimes....I wait 10 minutes when that happens, and the thread usually appears then.
