Open a support ticket. If the chatbot doesn't give you the ticket number so you can reply to the ticket on the site, you can try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com

GOG doesn't verify your e-mail address when signing up. A lot of people unknowingly mistype their address, then later discover they can't change it or disable two-step login without entering the two-step login code.
