You can follow the steps below: Open your Google Chrome browser. Type chrome: //settings/ in the URL address bar and press Enter.Check up Homepage,Startup page, search engine and remove anything that might be related to it.
Type Regedit in the Windows Start Menu and press Enter. Go in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\... and delete the entries corresponding to the suspicious item. Here is a blog (www.okpckit.com/how-to-remove-viceice-com-completely/) you can refer to.
