Driveprotectedatl: I purchased Noita for my son about a week ago. The game is way to hard for him to even attempt to enjoy. He is 10 years old this month, I requested a refund for him and received a reply to confirm we want it refunded into our gog wallet. After replying we waited about 6 days now, tried to request it again, still nothing. Anyone else having issues with support? He just wants a different game, he's played noita for about 40min. He was very disappointed.

argamasa: Two weeks ago i made my first refund about a game (i made two refunds years ago for gog codes mistakes), because it was on sale cheaper. I select for "Ask for a refund" below the game in the Order and settings section. I select that i wanted money back to gog wallet and after 45 minutes i had my wallet funds so i bought the game again a little cheaper than before.
