EDIT: So, this has been a big mess so far. The codes I have for Alcatraz both say "not yet redeemed" in my orders menu. But both recipients have sadly reported to me that the codes report "already redeemed" when they tried to redeem them.

I will go ahead and send the other two codes, but my confidence has slipped.
