More hints/game adventures:
It turned out that my dad died under suspicious circumstances and people in town think I murdered him (well, it's one of theories circulating around). I tried to enter his house, but the guard attacked me :| At least he told me who has the keys.

Sounds a tad like Pathologic's Haruspex route. I never really got to play as him that much, I prefer the Bachelor, but that part somehow is familiar.
EDIT: Oh, wait, there's also that newer Pathologic game... but it doesn't have Haruspex route yet, does it?

Yeah, you got it right, I'm playing Pathologic Classic HD now. And new Pathologic 2 has only Haruspex route so far (hopefully they will make other two, but it seems they are having problems).
