Green_Hilltop: It is not advised to try to fly in some of the towns, you might get hit by the local air defense thinking you're the enemy!

ZFR: Might and Magic 6?

Yes. I should have recognized this from the first description.
Yep! ;) Your turn.
I'll be busy, so I'll pass for the moment.

Anyone feel free to take my turn

Alright, let's try this one!

I've got this quirky but fun mage-archeologist who wants to go exploring some ruins in the desert, so I'm going to help him. There are these mechanical bugs which I found interesting but don't remember what exactly did they do - I think I had to repair them and use them to explore the places first before going into the ruins or something. It was fun.

First and foremost, who are you?
Er-r-r, I mean, could you please describe your character (if s/he is actually seen in-game) in any manner you deem non-spoilerish.

You look the way you choose your character. You are the one who died and came back to life, and can come back over and over again despite dying. That, is both your curse and your blessing, for your soul is bound by a certain god or a demigod, depending on how you view it, until you manage to retreive it back.
OK, let's continue:

Can you describe the ruins a little bit more? Why is the archeolomage interested in them?

Reminds me of The Elder Scrolls Online.

Arrgh you ninja'd me. It really sounds like the Bthzark ruin in Stros M'kai (i think is was a Daggerfall Covenant quest)

The question has been on for 3 days...

Yep, it's exactly the one! :)

So then it's Sanjuros turn now.

You got it, it's your turn! :)

I wanted to post more hints but I got a bit busy with the Welcome Back Beta Players weekend, and later when I had the time I thought, "Oh heck, let's wait until the questions come due the to MMO nature of the game.".

Now I'm going to make a smug face and pretend that I was thinking of TESO all along and I posted the picture from Skyrim for a reason.... :-D
Truth is, it's just a shot in the dark, I've no idea whether I'm right or not, I merely remembered that TESO follows the pattern "release the protagonist from imprisonment (TES3) - jail them for life (TES4) - order them executed (TES5) - have them killed (TESO)" and made a guess.

So it's really TESO. Let's try something really obvious, shall we?

I hate Casimir, he always seems to get ahead of me, no matter how hard I try. And I hate Enrico, that old man just uses his money to bribe my little friends. Oh, and there's Mahatma, he's all nice and friendly but let him get ahold of some serious weaponry and he'll beat the crap outta you. But I will endure and eventually I, the great Shaka, will show them all that my people are the strongest!
