I'm not really sure why "so called"? Your posts get deleted because a large enough people click the "Report as spam". You think this process can't be automated by a script? here is a simple one as an example. One we used back in the day to combat real spam (it's simpler and probably won't work anyomore now but something similar could be easily written):

Yes, I agree with you that it is abuse (or even ABUSE) as you put it. But you partially brought this upon yourself by your previous behaviour. 1 or 2 years is not a long time on internet forums.

No, if it happened to me I wouldn't cry like a baby because I don't believe in self-pity.
(if you want a real example: look at Alaric, his posts are deleted just like yours, and he is NOT crying everywhere about ABUSE).

So here is a genuine piece of advice to you. I'm going to post this once, and then leave you alone because to be honest I couldn't care less what you do, but this is for the gunnysynd in you with whom I had the pleasure of discussing cricket once on these forums:

Stop self-pitying. As simple as that.
It doesn't matter how much you blame GOG staff or the other forum users for the ABUSE that's happening to you, the truth is you're only hurting yourself. Instead, enjoy your interaction with those users who do talk to you (and there are a lot of them; your threads seem to get enough responses before being spam-deleted). Or play a video game, or go outside for a walk and just do something you enjoy. There is never a good reason to make yourself miserable on purpose. If others abuse you, piss on them. Don't compound it buy digging a misery hole for yourself. With such actions, you're not getting back at them, you're not "standing up" to bullying; you're just wasting your precious time on people about whom you shouldn't care less.

With that it mind, have a good day (or evenig in your case I imagine). I'm leaving you alone now.

Some used actually, especially one scammer account comes to my mind. I won't point out because of.. reasons ; ) Someone else should do that, when the right time come. Let us hope things will be back to normal soon and everything will become clear and concise. Like it was before downovoting story..

But, as a welcome, a difficult question right away: what about those profiles. Are they still switched on by default? And how does that agree with the GDPR? Could you, as the new guy, perhaps convince your colleagues to make them opt-in instead of opt-out?

And my two cents about the Rep system: get rid of it. Completely. It's just a number that deters newcomers to the forum. Old members know that it doesn't mean anything. But when a new member becomes victim of Rep abuse it may scare them off and that surely isn't what you, as a company, would want.
