Okay so I just spent the last ten minutes trying to buy something, wondering why it wouldn't go through.

Eventually I realized I was trying to enter my JC Pennys card.

Oh yeah, old age is great. :P
doggy style, nice one GoG.Hope to see some flashies

DalamarNL: Darn, it was a bit annoying receiving an email "items on your wishlist are now discounted!" and finding it was a flashsale when you get home from work and the discount is gone.
That should have been reflected somehow in the email.
This.

Whilst I look forward to the sales here at GOG I do dislike the flash sales intensely precisely because of this.

Doc0075: Will Kerbal Space Program ever get a bigger discount than 40%? Otherwise a nice sale.
I wish but considering the devs are still active with the game, probably not.

Just buy it and sing "Set your controls for the heart of the sun" as you watch another little green alien go plowing into the sea. :)
Thank you very much for putting Tropico 4 into GOG connect. I got the Steam version for free from Humble Store a while back, but the DLC pack is very expensive both on Steam and Humble Store. It is much cheaper here and with the current discount, I am thinking about buying it, even though I am not sure when I will get to playing it.
On first sight I thought this is the GogBear running around :P

@GOG: Thanks for the freebie :)

Somewhere a JCP exec is like "Damnit just let him make the purchase as long as we get the 37 cents of interest! We'll take whatever we can get!"

After this happened I started playing some Witcher and Geralt was all of sudden wearing some really nice men's slacks that he kept telling me were discounted 50% until Friday.

Bambusek: Eh, classic problem with GOG Connect: it doesn't recognize my AI War Collection cause it wasn't bought as single bundle but as base game with DLCs later.
Just to mention, this was reported in another thread as being fixed now and folks should try again:

LOL you joke but 5 years from now you know that's what playing games is going to be like ;)

drealmer7: Oo, darkwood on sale?! That's a game I was cool paying full price for once I had the funds, so it's something I'll think ab-- oh wait, I am limited in how long I can think about it, nevermind, I'll pass.
I SOOO want this game... but there's no way. I'm not usually a timid person but I got a bit creeped out just watching the gameplay trailer on the gamerpage. Fantastic looking game, but the atmosphere is just a bit too oppressive and odd for me. LOVE that the devs where able to capture this, HATE that I'm too much of a b#$ch to play it ;)

timppu: Anyway, I got to buy some real game too. I promised myself to buy Hands of Fate if they bring the DLC to GOG (which they did a long time ago, finally), and now I finally fulfilled the promise, with a price that seemed agreeable.
REALLY fun game. One of the out of nowhere gems I play last year (or was it two years ago?). Fire it up sooner rather than later if you're in the mood for something quality and catchy. Despite the warnings, I even played it with a keyboard and mouse with decent success - so it's not as bad as all that if you're forced to go this route.

I requested a refund for something through Support. Not only did I get an almost immediate response, they also sent me a nice picture of a dog. This is a good way of doing things.

Here's another one - he's a bit bigger now but still only a few months old. Sleeping in my lap right now to boot.
